If you return your initial order, your auto-refill subscription will be automatically canceled.


FAQS

What is your return policy?

We accept returns due to quality issues or damage that may have occurred during shipping. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • All orders must be from a MeatHeadCharcoal.com order. We are not able to offer returns on items purchased outside of our direct website.
  • All returns must be processed within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Items need to be unopened and unused.

For charcoal, we will not ask for you to ship the item(s) back to us, but we do ask when you submit your request for return to please share a picture of the issue for verification.

Once your return has been approved, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.


How do I make an exchange?

Please contact us or email us at info@meatheadcharcoal.com if you are interested in a product exchange. At this time, we only offer exchanges for select orders, but we are always more than happy to find a solution that works for you. 


Where do I drop my return package?

All US returns should be returned via USPS. Please make sure to drop your return off at the courier that is specified on your return label. The package may not make it back to us if dropped with the wrong courier.


Can I use my own label? Why do I need to use a printed Meat Head Charcoal label?

Please only use our return label to ensure your return is properly processed - which you can download HERE within your return period. Meat Head Charcoal is not responsible for any return package that is shipped without the provided prepaid return shipping label.

How do I edit my Auto-Refill subscription?

Managing your auto-refills subscription is quick and easy! You can change your shipment date, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or even cancel your subscription altogether in your Account. Click on the product you’d like to make changes to and you’ll be able to:  

Change an order date: 

Click ‘Change Next Refill Date’ – select your new option – you can choose to send now or choose a specific date!  

Change frequency: 

Click ‘Change Auto-Refill Frequency’ – select what frequency you would like. Please note that changing the frequency does not change the date of your next auto-refill or the quantity of the product in your order.  

Cancel or pause your subscription:

Click ‘Cancel Auto-Refill’ and follow ALL steps. Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation that you have cancelled your auto-refill subscription for the given product.



How do I sign up for an Auto-Refill subscription?

To sign up for an Auto-Refill subscription for a product you’ve previously purchased, you can sign up within your account under ‘Auto-Refills’ or check your order confirmation for a link to sign-up. If you have not previously purchased the product you want auto-refills for, place a new order from the product page and select “Subscribe Me” when checking out.



How do I cancel my Auto-Refill subscription?

We hope you don’t want to – but we made it easy for you just in case it doesn’t work out.

  1. Manage your subscriptions in your Account and click on the product you would like to cancel your subscription for
  2. Click ‘CANCEL AUTO-REFILL’
  3. Follow ALL steps to cancel
  4. Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirming your auto-refill subscription for that product has been cancelled.



How far in advance can I edit my Auto-Refill subscription?

You can edit your upcoming auto-refill order any time before 24 hours of your refill date. Once your order is placed and you have been charged for your auto-refill order, we are unable to edit or cancel your order. You should receive a reminder email letting you know your refill is about to be placed 5 days before your refill date.

 

How do I know when my next Auto-Refill order will arrive?

You can check your next shipment date within My Account at any time. We will also send you an auto-refill reminder email a week before your next shipment. If you want to change the date of your next shipment or make any changes, be sure to do this before the date of your next auto-refill shipment.

Once your next Auto-Refill order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. By clicking the tracking number in the email, you can track your order and see the estimated arrival date.

 

How can I edit or cancel my next shipment date?

You can update your shipment date in My Account. Click on the product you would like to edit or cancel your subscription for.

 

How can I update my payment?

You can update your payment within My Account. Make sure your new payment is set as your default so it is used for all future Auto-Refill orders.

 

What if my address changed?

You can update your address within My Account. If you want this updated shipping address to apply to all future orders, make sure to set the address as your default shipping address.
